Centre de Difusió Tecnològica Fusta i Moble de Catalunya, Fundació Privada, en adelante AMBIT (the InteriHotel Exhibition organiser) is the Data Controller of all personal data made available with your consent and herewith informs you that this data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of 27th April 2016 (GDPR), with the aim of maintaining you informed about any future editions of InteriHotel Exhibitions or any other projects launched by AMBIT. This data will be stored for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements for their safekeeping. Likewise, you are informed that, during the event, AMBIT will record audiovisual content (video, photographs, audio, etc.) in which you could appear, and will make use of these audiovisual contents to disseminate interihotel and AMBIT activities, in any of its own channels (web, social media, newsletters, etc.), third parties (media, blogs, web portals, etc.), printed material (brochures, posters, manuals, etc.) or internal documentation (reports and projects of the entity). Personal Data will not be disclosed to any third parties, except in the case of legal obligation or that you authorize it, as indicated below:
- Company details: You authorise AMBIT to transfer the data of the registered company (name of the company, postal address, web page, type of company, position of the registered person, reason for visiting the event and products of interest) to the exhibitors of interihotel
- Personal data: You are informed and expressly authorise AMBIT to transfer your personal data, as disclosed when registering (name, surname, email and telephone) ONLY to those exhibitors to whom you allow the scanning of the unique identification QR code of your badge. You accept those exhibitors of interihotel may contact you about their products or services.
